CP S63 Piston Set 89mm 9:3:1 CR for OE Liner Sleeve w/Upgraded Pins

We’ve partnered with CP-Carrillo to develop a set of custom forged pistons for the BMW S63 engine platform, engineered specifically for high-horsepower and high-boost applications. Utilizing CP-Carrillo’s advanced design and manufacturing processes, these pistons deliver the strength, precision, and reliability required for extreme performance builds.

These pistons are standard bore and designed to work seamlessly with OEM Alusil liners, eliminating the need for aftermarket sleeving. This makes them an ideal solution for builders looking to retain factory cylinder construction while significantly increasing power capability.

With a 9:3:1 compression ratio, this setup offers excellent throttle response and power while still being well-suited for boosted applications with proper tuning and fuel.
